🏐 Hornet Volleyball! 🐝 Our JV and Varsity Volleyball teams took on TCC this evening and gave it everything they had! Both teams battled hard, showed tremendous heart, and never gave up until the final point. 💪🏐 Keep your heads up, keep working, and KEEP BATTLING, HORNETS! 🐝💚🤍

Our middle school football game against Conotton Valley was cut short this evening due to weather. After one half of play, the Hornets are leading 24–6! 💪🐝 We’ll finish the game at a later date. Great job, Hornets! Keep up the fight! 🐝🏈

🔬 6th Grade Science is off to a great start! Our 6th graders did an awesome job completing their first middle school lab! 🧪 They tested the strength of different paper towels, practiced their scientific skills, and had fun learning through hands-on investigation. Way to go, 6th Grade Scientists! 👏🧻🔍

Today is the last day to sign up for the pep bus for this Friday’s game at East Palestine. The bus will be leaving at 5:30.

All High School students have received an email from Ms Sarbaugh to sign up to be considered for Homecoming Court. Please complete the Google form by Friday September 11th

The Malvern Drama Department will be performing Pick your Poison, a murder mystery play on Friday & Saturday November 13 and 14th here in the Cafeteria. Auditions will be held on Tuesday, September 15 from three until four in the choir room. During the audition, everyone will read together. Sample Scripts will be available next week to be picked up in the choir room.

💚🤍 Middle school volleyball was on the road tonight at East Canton. Go Hornets! 🐝

The Hornets were a little “peeky” today on the links but managed to sneak out a win vs TCC for their 10th win of the season. Keeping his head down was Senior Cooper Kiehl shooting a 37. Senior Tyler Pelle said Peek-a-Boo carding a 41. Junior Ayden Pelle was caught gandering at the rolling hills of Carroll County posting at 42. Senior Parker Bowe was scouting the deer tagging a 56.

🏈 The middle school football team fought hard tonight against East Palestine but came up short. Keep working hard boys!!! 💚

The Special Forces Unit known as the Malvern Hornets Golf Squad, aka The Killer Bees, defeated the Ridgewood Generals at the Battle of Great Trail tonight 160 - 176. Leading the “Sting Operation” were Green Beret Snipers Cooper Kiehl and Ayden Pelle both using Great Trail as target practice shooting a pair of one under par 35’s. Infiltrating the enemy was Captain Big Dogg, Parker Bowe shooting a 44. Major Tyler Pelle was providing air support with his 46.

🧫 First lab of the year in 8th grade science!  The students used the scientific method to create an experiment and then test it out. 🧪

Mrs. Hawk got to visit some of our Hornets who attend RG Drage! 🐝 They are off to a great start this school year, and we couldn’t be prouder! 💚🤍. It's a great day to be a Malvern Hornet!!
