At the recent Brown Local Board of Education meeting, we were honored to welcome Ohio School Boards Association Regional Manager Reno Contipelli to Malvern to recognize two outstanding leaders.
🎉 Vice President Tara Bowe was celebrated for 10 years of dedicated service on the Board of Education.
🎉 President Tami Hulit was honored for an incredible 20 years of service.
Both Mrs. Bowe and Mrs. Hulit have played vital roles in leading Brown Local Schools through transformational improvements — from passing critical bond issues that upgraded our facilities, to supporting academic excellence, championing extracurricular growth, and ensuring sound financial stewardship.
👏 Congratulations to Mrs. Bowe and Mrs. Hulit! Your commitment and leadership continue to make a lasting impact.

Congratulations to our REGIONAL FINALISTS in high school track last night - our girls’ 4x2 team - Kami Rayborn, Avery Sprague, Audrey Sikorsky and Mya Doughty and our girls 4x400 - Emma Maher, Kami Rayborn, Audrey Sikorsky and Mya Doughty will run Friday night for a chance to state. Owen Ball made it to regional finals in the 110 hurdles and Mya Doughty will run Friday night in the 400 meter race and Audrey Sikorsky in the 800 meter race.
